Toyota Value, Scion, Lexus

Toyota continues to set the standard for quality cars as it racks up awards for the new Scion brand cars, Lexus models, and the Toyota 4Runner. If you have never owned a Toyota consider it. Having owned several Toyota's and a Lexus I can tell you that unlike many low quality products, Toyota will exceed your expectations.

Hybrid Leader

Toyota is the reigning leader in hybrid vehicles with the Prius and Lexus now offers what they call the first luxury Hybrid SUV - the RX 400h.

Another big benefit of Toyota cars and trucks is the resale value. We recently sold a ten year old 4Runner with 165,000 miles for $8500. The new owner was so thrilled with his purchase that he gave us a bottle of wine along with the cashiers check. Keep in mind that we bought the 4Runner used with 29,000 miles for $15,000 and drove it for eight years.

Concept Cars

Long before we see new car models in traffic the car companies unveil them at auto shows. These days you don't have to travel to Detroit to get a glimpse of the newest cars. A few worth looking at include the Chrysler Firepower.

2006 Corvette

If you love the Corvette then the 2006 model will knock your socks off. The Z06 model is a 505 horsepower rocket that goes from zero to sixty in 3.9 seconds. It maintains the classic corvette look with new slick lines.

2007 Yaris

Ever wonder how cars are named? The 2007 Toyota Yaris won't help clear up that question. The Yaris is currently available in Europe and doing extremely well according to Toyota. For a local runabout it looks like a smart but at 106 horsepower you would not want to get on highway.
